Firma byla zalozena roku 1974, jejím hlavním sídlem je turecká Bursa. Za dobu svojí existence se spolecnost vypracovala v profesionální firmu v oblasti automobilovych náhradních dílu.

OTO ASLANLAR A.S. má v soucasnosti ctyri pobocky na území Turecka a dcerinnou spolecnost INTER export-impor, s.r.o, pusobící od roku 1991 na území Ceské Republiky.

Díky vybudované rozsáhlé dealerské síti spolupracuje spolecnost s 1500 tureckymi firmami a 25 firmami z dalších 15 zemí sveta.

Firma nabízí náhradní díly pro všechny modely znacek Škoda, Lada a od roku 2000 rozšírila svuj sortiment i o znacku Volkswagen. Cást nabízenych náhradních dílu tvorí vlastní produkce spolecnosti OTO ASLANLAR A.S., cást je vyrábena ve spolupráci s 30 partnerskymi celosvetovymi firmami.

Mezi hlavní sortiment spolecnosti patrí karosérie, pérovací vybavení, gumové a plastové díly, díly pro spojky, brzdové desticky, brzdné systémy, vodní cerpadla, písty a pístní krouzky.
